Aware of the challenges our consultants face when resolving our clients’ issues, ADNEOM offers a continuous follow-up of two kinds: a Project follow-up and a Career follow-up. Firstly, every three month, each Business Manager asks a client for a feedback regarding the integration of a consultant, his level of understanding of the project, his quality of work and added value as well as what he should change in the future. Advocating transparent communication, ADNEOM’s Business Managers report this feedback to their consultants in order to ensure they complete their mission successfully. Secondly, as for the Career follow-up, our HR Department guarantees our consultants’ integration within ADNEOM and their career development. To increase their knowledge; they all benefit from tailor-made training programs built on four pillars: technical skills, functional skills, language skills and personal development.
