viaLog Logistics Consulting is specialised in identifying strategies as well as designing and implementing logistics systems. Since 1993, we have developed and implemented more than 600 logistical projects for companies from virtually all branches of industry, trade and service.

viaLog is headed by two managing directors, industrial engineer Henning Dörrie and business economist Dirk Schlömer, as well as four partners. A team of 35 employees with many years of experience is on hand to provide reliable, practical expertise in the areas of procurement, production and distribution logistics.

As an independent general planner, viaLog is committed to its customers only. Furthermore, the company places particular emphasis on four core values: the economic viability, flexibility, feasibility and acceptance of all logistics solutions.
