Yo! My name is Manuel Werling (born February 16, 1989) and I'm kind of like a professional new age ninja, based in Berlin, Germany. I've been trained by my father (he was German and my mother is Thai, by the way) since early childhood and studied different martial arts like Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Pahuyuth & Boxing, most of them on a competetive level. Growing older, I've started to take strength training seriously and got my personal trainer & nutritionist license from the Gym Force Fitness Academy in 2008. In the same year, I've worked as a stunt performer in the hollywood movie 'Ninja Assassin', which was the starting point for my career in the film industry. I was since then being hired for international productions like the Netflix series Sense8 and many other (not as famous) things. Then, around 2011, I've met and learned from the renowned movement teacher Ido Portal, who has changed my understanding about "fitness" dramatically. Movement became my mantra. Just a year later, I've founded the movement community 'MOVISION', with the goal to raise the awareness about movement in Germany. In 2016, I've competed at Ninja Warrior Germany and became one of the 28 finalists. Another check on my list of childhood dreams! Today, my main focus lies in the work with the movement community, while also accepting job offerings from movie or commercial productions, shows or any other interesting projects.
