Die uvex safety group positioniert sich auf Basis ihres Mission-Statements „Protecting People“ als innovativer, wertorientierter Markensystemanbieter mit internationaler Herstellerkompetenz für Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA).

Mit der Konzentration auf die strategische Business Unit „Head Protection“ (Schutzbrillen, Korrektions-Schutzbrillen, Laser-Schutzbrillen, Gehörschutz, Atemschutz, Kopfschutz), die weiteren strategischen Business Units „Workwear“, „Footwear“ und „Gloves“, und den vier marktorientierten Business Units bietet die uvex safety group sowohl produktgruppenübergreifende, branchenspezifische als auch kundenindividuelle Arbeitschutzlösungen selektiv weltweit marktgerecht an.

Die uvex Gruppe
Die UVEX WINTER HOLDING GmbH & Co. KG vereinigt drei international tätige Gesellschaften unter einem Dach: Die uvex safety group, die uvex sports group (uvex sports und Alpina) sowie Filtral. Die uvex Gruppe ist mit 41 Tochterfirmen in 22 Ländern vertreten und produziert aus Überzeugung mit Schwerpunkt in Deutschland. Zwei Drittel der insgesamt 2.100 Mitarbeiter (GF 2010/2011) sind in Deutschland beschäftigt. uvex ist weltweit Partner des internationalen Spitzensports als Ausrüster unzähliger Top-Athleten. Based on its mission statement of protecting people, the uvex safety group has positioned itself as an innovative, value-oriented provider of brand systems and international expert manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Through concentration on the Strategic Business Units of "Head Protection" (safety eyewear, prescription safety glasses, laser protection googles, hearing protection, breathing apparatus, safety helmets) and the Strategic Business Units "Workwear", "Footwear" and "Gloves" , along with our four market-oriented Business Units, the uvex safety group is able to offer general, industry-specific and tailor-made system solutions in a worldwide basis.

The uvex group
UVEX WINTER HOLDING GmbH & Co. KG brings together three globally active companies under one roof: the uvex safety group, the uvex sports group (with uvex sports and Alpina), and Filtral.
